WHIDBEY – Goat University 2019, a one-day clinic on all things goats, will be held Saturday, April 20 at the Island County Fair Grounds on Whidbey Island. Registration is available for all ages, with a variety of classes offered. Goat University is presented by Four Seasons Farm 4-H Club.
