Food To Bank On seeks new farmers

BELLINGHAM – Applications are now available for up to three new participants in the 2013 Food To Bank On project, a beginning farmer business training project facilitated by Sustainable Connections’ Food & Farming Program. The project connects farm business with business planning resources and experts, mentor farmers, workshops tailored to their business needs, and new market opportunities. To date, 35 farmers have participated in the three-year program and 28 are successfully farming today.
