SKAGIT – Dr. Susan Kerr has been officially appointed by Washington State University as the NW Washington Regional Extension Specialist for Livestock and Dairy. She will work out of the WSU-Mount Vernon facility, starting May 1. Dr. Kerr has experience as a practicing veterinarian and more recently, several years as a County extension educator with WSU. Her responsibilities will cover all of western Washington with a focus on dairy, cattle, goats, sheep and other livestock.
