BELLINGHAM – Cascadia Mushrooms Tour is offering a tour of its growing facility on Sunday, Nov. 10. Participants can meet the farmers and get a hands-on education in growing Shiitake mushrooms at home. The crew will guide workshop “students” through the mushroom houses and give a behind-the-scenes look at how specialty mushrooms are grown and distirbuted.
