STATE – The Washington State Department of Agriculture (WSDA) is seeking farms to partner with schools to offer locally sourced lunches to students for Taste Washington Day, held this year on Oct. 7. The day is meant to celebrate the state’s agriculture, provide healthy nutrition, and help students understand how and where food is grown and produced.
