LYNDEN – The next election of the District Board of Supervisors for the Whatcom Conservation District is Tuesday, March 15. Candidates are current supervisor Richard Yoder, Theresa Sygitowicz, and Roderic Perry. All registered voters in Whatcom County can vote in person from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the District office, 6975 Hannegan Road in Lynden. The Whatcom Conservation District, formed in 1946, is governed by a board of five supervisors, all local residents.
