STATE – According to the Washington Ag Network, a special license plate for farming and ranching will be available at the beginning of next year. Governor Jay Inslee officially signed into law a bill sponsored by 8th District Representative Brad Klippert that will create the special plate with the proceeds going to the Washington FFA Foundation for their educational programs.
